Conflict Home Page With Some Thing

Dear, 
I build my site base on Pre-built website of Mechanic 3 "https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/mechanic3/"
Here my site: https://tktclean.com
At the beginning with out installing any plugin i have no problem. The theme work well.
However, when i install some plugins there is problem with homepage. I can't configure the last section about background color and Padding
