Subheader on highest resolution - no responsive

I have problem with site , when we stretch web browser, Subheader stay in his own size and we se white bg, when you stretch more subcheader is stretched. How to fix this

Parallax effect is not working with cover parameter.

If you want to have parallax effect on bigger screen, you have to upload larger image.

Change the position of background image from parallax to cover.

It will solve your problem.
