One page not responsive on mobile

this a a screenshot from the mobile-version of my website www.hautaertze-papenburg.de/datenschutzerklaerung/

In some browsers the website doesn't fit to the screen. What can I do to fix this?

Do you have a Decrease Fonts option turned on?

It's in Theme Options > Responsive > General

yes, it's active that fonts decrease automatic.

Is there another cause of defect?

It can be caused because of the plugins.

Did you try to disable all of them?

I tried, but it doesn't work.

I can't understand this problem. The site is shown in the right way on so many divices. Only the one from my customer seems to show it wrong :-(

Can it be a attitude in the used browser? I used a plugin to separate the word automatically. Perhaps it has to do something with this?
