problem with transparent menu on left

Hi There,

I have a big problem regarding transparent background on website:

the configuration looks the same as on website:

but the background doesn't want to expand under menu.

on
http://new.martaperska.pl/oferta/ the menu background is not transparent as it is choosen in background properties.

I've attached the screen to make it clear:

everything looks the same as on Kontakt page but still it's not working...
