Issues Updating from 15.7 to 20.9.6.1

Hi, 

I have recently taken management of site at aroundandaboutbath.com... The theme version is desperately due an upgrade. As the original theme was not registered properly / support had run out I have purchased a new install & licence. 

When uploading the new version of BeTheme and activating it the site renders completely unusable (displays just a white screen)... I'm sure there were some custom changes to theme but this wasn't completed on a child theme by previous developer.. This is something I'm going to investigate, but in the meantime are there any known issues upgrading from 15.7 to 20?

    Hey Nigel,
    if the previous developer made changes to the theme files in a parent theme then there is not much that can be done. 
    The best way to update is to just remove the old theme from the themes folder nd install the newest version.
