Can't Access BeTheme

hi after the BeTheme update, somehow i can’t use it anymore & it is missing from Appearance > Theme.

After further checking i got this error message:

“Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.”

And when i tried to reinstall the theme is shows this error message as well:

“Destination folder already exists. /home/~/wp-content/themes/betheme/ Theme installation failed.”

How do i fix this? Afraid to delete the betheme folder because i don’t want to lose all the stuff that i have dont.

Please advice.

Hi,

Connect your server via FTP and get into this directory,

change the name of BeTheme to OldOne or just delete it.

Then, install BeTheme from beginning.

All settings are stored in database, so you shouldn't lose it.

But, to be sure that you'll not lose any content or anything, use this

tool to make a backup.

Or do not delete the BeTheme directory/folder, just rename it to something else, as I said before.
