Cannot Deregister my Theme

Hi 

I have purchased a number of licenses for your theme.

I used one of my licensed on a website and the files for the entire site were accidentally deleted before I was unable to Derigister the purchase code. I'd now like to use the purchase code on another domain, but I'm unable to because the theme was not deregistered. 

The domain that the license is registered at is sport.scoopdesign.com.au 

Are you able to deregister the license so that I am able to use it on another domain?
