Social share on portfolio pages

Hello,

I'm struggling to work out how to add social media share buttons to portfolio pages.

I want people to be able to share the portfolio items on their social media outlets.

I think ive found out how to do this.

My issue now is that it doesnt look the same as the example on your website. It looks big a bulky and shows how many shares it has. How do i make it look like the elegant share option you show on your site?

You can change it in Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General
