Good day,

I have been trying to update Betheme as well as the WPBakery Page Builder but I keep on getting the same notice. Download Failed. cURL erroe 56: Recv failure: Connection reset by peer.

How can I fix this problem?

Hi,
please contact your hosting provider and ask him if the CURL librabry is intalled in your current PHP version.

Please disable all of the plugins and try to update it again.

I did this and it's still not working. I think it is an error on Bethemes side.

How can I proceed from here?

I have also run a curl on my side and it was successful. It is definitely something to do with the latest update of WP Bakery plugin. My guess is that there is something wrong with the API?

Please help to solve this issue as we need it to continue with projects.

This issue is not theme related at all.

The problem is connected with hosting.

Updating can be blocked by the hosting provider, please contact him because the plugins and updates are download thru our API.
