Keeping name / URL for search engines

Question of a layman:

The pages of my old homepage project (which are still frame-pages) are listed in search engines since many years and I wonder how I can take over the names / URLs (example https://moebel.org/bambusmoebel.htm
to the new CMS-project (which I create using WordPress / BeTheme) and not to lose the name / URL and ranking in search engines.

Is Wordpress creating pages with ending ".htm / .html" or maybe ".php"? Or what is it?

Is a new page, created with Wordpress (like "moebel.org/cms/bambusmoebel/"), for search engines later the same page as the well known old page "moebel.org/bambusmoebel.htm", if I choose the same name for the file (and if I move it to the root later, where the old one is still now)?
