Betheme Backup / Restore and Move of the theme files

Hi there, what plugin do you guys recommend to be able to backup, restore and move the theme files.
I was using WP Academy but that is not working correctly with the theme. Is not backing up any of the theme settings, and configurations as well as the widget area. I also saw some other problems.
