I have uninstalled all the plugins and still I am not able to change the background images of any pre-built. I really like Betheme, but this problem does not let me use it. Can someone tell me why I can not change these images? Thank you

We entered your website but we cannot get to the theme options, You have 18 active plugns, please disable them and let us know, we will then take a look. Also please show us on a screenshot where exactly should those mountains appear on your page.
I am having the same problem. I put a custom header on a post but it still shows the subheader image. Without disabling all the subheaders throughout the site, I don't see how I can change the subheader on a post. On the pages, I can select a new subheader image that I can set but on the posts, there is only a place to select a header image and it doesn't show up because the subheader covers it up.
What I find strange is that the images via FTP are loaded into the folder of the year 2016, I do not know if this can be a reason for them to fail and can not be deleted.
