Remove Full Height from Action Button on Plain Header Style

Hi,

I am currently using the plain header style with an Action Button, but I would like the button to be like a regular button and not the full height of the menu. Is there a way that I can do this through CSS?

Please paste this code into Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

Actually, Pablo, the code is actually not working well with the sticky header. It is pushing the button too far down into the banner. Do you have any idea how to fix that?
