selected menu issue

Hi,

I don't see how this happening, but may be you can help me.

My client noticed that when you click on Nexus expertise tab and scroll down Industries tab is highlighted instead of chosen page.

Page is correct but selected menu underline is not correct. Same thing happens with Career tab. All other tabs are fine.

Do you know how that may happened?

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the browser cache and check again.

I disable all plugins and clear history, nothing changed. But I messed up with rev slider

It Needs update. I followed instruction here

I deleter slider, uploaded zip file I had from previous downloads but it needs update.

update gives me an error and now my slider is messed up. see front page http://www.nexusinnovations.com/

In first few second there is warning on screen in each slide. Please help as soon as possible,

Btw, in new download "All files and documentation" there is no file for revslider.zip . I had it from my previous downloads. Its outdated. where to get the new version.

We checked and it looks like you have selected the "one-page" options for that page and this is why it the underline was under the wrong menu item. We disabled it.

Next, you have errors that come from the PHP in your slider plugin. We suggest you first update the theme and the revolution slider plugin. If this does not help, please switch to our pre-built slider, like Pablo explained in the previous answer.

All the pre-built websites, plugin and sliders are now imported diectly from your wordpress admin panel, there are no files included to the package.

The slider can be imported by choosing a pre-built website in wordpress>betheme>pre-built websites, then you will see an option to import only a slider.

If you cannot update or download plugins/sliders and you get the message:

"Cannot download, package contains no files"

This message meas that your license key is used on more than one domain.

Hi, Thank you for fixing first problem.

I just checked my license using your tool and it shows that I use this key only on 1 domain.

I tried to update the theme and gives me error message "Cannot download, package contains no files".

What else it can be? I believe I created my slider from one of your templates and than I cloned them.

Please help, you still have my login info.

Please try to deregister the license key and register it again.

Also disable all plugins when updating.

I deregistered and registered code again. Tried to update the theme and got same message.

I noticed that I have message :Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page:

Yes, we keep whole nexusinnovations website under nexus folder on eurographics.com server and domain nexusinnovations.com connected to this folder. I don't understand why this can be a problem.

I had small problem about selected menu, you helped me to fix it but now I have whole big problem after I disable slider plugin.

Please look into backend and see what else is causing this.

Thank you for updating theme, but issue wasn't solved,

Please read messages above. I have issue with slider after deactivating and activating all plugins as you suggested in the beginning. I see that slider plugin had newer version than I have now.

Please help as soon as possible

We have updated the plugin and now there are no errors. There must have been corrupt plugin files.

Please re-enable the needed plugins.
