Hi,
1. did you enter a proper value into the field?
2. make sure that the option "math animate" is not disabled in theme options>global>advanced
3. Disable all plugins and check again.

We checked and you have JS errors in the console, did you modify the theme files? If so, please use a child theme.

For now, please update the theme version, and lets us know if it helped.
