WPBakery Page Builder cannot be upgraded, screen basically freezes

Need some help, wanna upgrade my plugins, especially the Page builder but when i use the backend update function nothing happens. The screen says;

Downloading update from http://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=5c419621-ea38-486a-8d5b-c07691a1b659&plugin=js_composer…

thats it... stays there for hours

updated WP already to the latest version and try everything i could think of but nothing helped...

would appreciate some assist

Hi, i did that already but the WP Page builder does not update to the newest version. The download of the file didn't even start...

All the Plugins which need to be updated thru the [Betheme->Install Plugins] Menu are not able to be updated

I only logged in and updated the plugin from betheme>install plugins

It all went fine, see screenshot: [Links visible only for registered users]

Thank you for helping me to update! Although i still have the same problem, try to update the Layer Slider plugin, not working... screen just freezes

Could you update the LayerSlider for me as well please,

any idea what the problem could be?

tryed already to log in from different Computer and start the update... no changes

problem solved... i used Chrome on MAC and the problem described above appears every time, the i switched to SAFARI and no problem at all, updated right away
