Favicon not working

I've created a favicon and uploaded but it still shows the default "Be".

Correction. The Favicon is working on this page: https://bluecorepartners.com/legal-disclaimer/

But not on the one page scroll - home: https://bluecorepartners.com

Please advise.

sorry but I do not understand, what has the favicon got to do with the scrolling on the page? Could you please explain?
