Images are not showing on mobile device / Header image background does not appear

Dear Support team, we need your assistance with our brand new website: 

- the images are not showing on mobile device 
- The header background image is not appearing on both desktop and mobile. 

we were working on wampserver and the website was perfect, but when we go live, we faced this issues. 

fyi, we are using the pre-built website : bejet.

    hi, 

    we have fixed subheader background matter.   but we still need your help regarding images not displaying on mobile device even responsive button is turned to on in theme options. 

    Please we need your urgent help on this matter.

    Dear Pablo 
    thanks for your support now we have fixed it and image are displaying. 

    One final little issue with some icons not displaying when home page is loading, but when we go to another page and then we come back to home page the icons load correctly. Can you pls explain what is the matter with these icons ?
