Search box in top right of one page

Hi Support

For some reason on one page only there is a search box appearing in the top right corner HERE

On the same page if you look at the menu there are dots on the left See Here: https://www.screencast.com/t/NCI2EsG7 they appear just on THIS PAGE

Please can you let me know how to remove the search box and the dots.

Chrome browser & Windows 10

I have cleared cache but search still appearing in the top of page and menu looks different (dots on left side)from this page (http://www.rosteringuk.com/post-parcel).

I still do not see it.

This "Search Box" is visible only for admin of page.

It's not from our theme, so we cannot do anything with it.

If you want, I can make a CSS which will hide it.

That's strange as I do not know why this is appearing or coming from. Do not worry about hiding as long as only admins will see it.

Did you manage to investigate why the dots are appearing on the menu when you are viewing from http://www.rosteringuk.com/post-parcel/

Any other page you do not see the dots.

Paste this Custom CSS into Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

to hide these dots.

.column_column ul{
	list-style: none !important;
}
