Nice Scroll

Hi there,

I knew you were phasing out the Nice Scroll setting, but I just installed a new betheme for a new site and it wasn't there.

That's not the issue - the issue is ALL of my sites (20+) have Nice Scroll set and the following CSS:

.nicescroll-rails {

width: 10px !important;

background: #fff !important;

}

.nicescroll-rails > div {

width: 10px !important;

background: #E10707 !important;

}

What shall I do? Avoid updating the sites that have this feature?

Hi,
What happens when you update one of this pages?
It shouldn't make issues, it's just a CSS code which do not exists after update.

If you're worried about the website, please do a backup of this page with this tool:

When I update it, it takes it back to the regular scroll bar (square not rounded) and no colours.

I already did a backup with UpdateDraft and restored it to the version before the one I updated to to get the scroll rails back.

I am just worried about the sites that already have this feature as they will need to be updated at some point.

Everything works, that's good.

I do not know what kind of help you need from us.

We do not use a Nice Scroll because it's making issues for new features we provided and for custom plugins.

So, on my sites that currently use nice scroll - shall I just update them and they shall revert back to the standard scroll?

If your websites do not make issues, they are working fine, and their content will not be customized, you can leave it as it is.

Otherwise, I suggest making an update.

The standard scroll is not that bad, and it works well
