Parallax Background not working properly

Dear support,
Please check this website, contact section: http://isalayachting.gr/#contact
I have set a parallax background and uploaded a 1920x1080 image as the background.
It seems that the color background of the given section is interfering with the image background.

Lastly, sometimes if I reload a couple of times the page, it works as it should have been.
