How do I suppress this from happening and get it to provide more valuable info?

I will add that I have my SEO fields filled in in the BeTheme options page and on the Home page, but no where else. Is this a case, where I need to add it to all pages?

Hi,
When did you fill the SEO fields?
If you have done it like yesterday, then give it a day or two more.
Give a Google Robots some time, they need it.

The SEO fields have been filled in for months now. Still getting same results.
