how to change Head titles and portfolio category links to lowercase

Can you please let me know how I can change the menu, category links from Capital to Lower case.

sorry what I meant was not the menu links, I meant the protfolio category links

BeTheme do not capitalize the portfolio category links.

I haven't gone live yet as I am in development phase.

Oh, this is a jQuery filtering.

Paste this code into Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

#Filters a{
 text-transform: lowercase !important;
}
