Padding on mobile / responsive only

Trying to adjust padding for a specific page section for mobile / responsive only. Here's what I'm targeting:

<div class="section mcb-section   " style="padding-top:120px; padding-bottom:80px; .......

tried a bunch of different Custom CSS adds with no luck.  Trying to get the padding down to 50 /50.

Can you point me in the right direction?
