Get nav shadow around rest of content area

  My apologies if this isn't the proper spot to ask this question. I don't see how I missed the no customization requests on the above guidelines.

  I would like to have the shadow that is to the right of the navigation and have that around the rest of the content area to the right. Thanks, Pablo.
