scrolling is not fluid and can't change the page features

dear support,

I've just install a pre-buildt version of the Loans 2 one page theme but the linked section scrolling isn't fluid as the on-line demo.

I can't also edit the extra options/features like onepage (to fix the scrolling problem as I've read on another post) or change the SEO description and title for any single pages and more options ... I save the modifies but I don't see the updated version of the page.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing your php_max_input_vars to 5000.

After this, everything will work fine.

I can also manually updated the PHP version to 7 do you suggest me to do it?

BeTheme works fine with PHP 7.0 (higher version could make issues)
If you can do it, please update it.
