How i can add Full screen layer slider at home page like you did in demo

For this you must select slider under "Page options" section while you create/edit page. There is option to select Revolution or Layer slider.

yeah i did that but it is not covering whole screen. i did not find any option to define height 100%

Probably you setup slider wrong. We recommend to check all slider settings because there is option to setup full screen slider.
