  1) Please edit your page with this blog slider.
  2) Go to Muffin Builder
  3) Edit the item "Blog Slider"
  http://prntscr.com/l9rqoy
  
  4) Look for a "Count" field
  5) Insert there a number of posts you want to display and save the options.
  6) Amount of row displaying at the same time depends on screen width, so I customized the row.

  Unfortunately. there is no other option.
  

  The amount of item at the same time is managed by screen width.

  To change it, you would have to edit theme files, but we do not support that.
