CF7 Required Fields Text Not Showing Up

Hi, On any Betheme site, the field required error message does not show up as it normally does on other websites. Instead, it just shows the red boxes with Xs. I'd like to have the message popup below the submit button alerting visitors they must fill out the boxes with the Xs in them. We've received some feedback that people don't realize they are supposed to go back up and fill in the boxes.

Also, check in WP Dashboard > Contact > Contact Forms > Messages

if your error messages field have some text or the "X" only.

I have all my messages to have the default validation messages. It's only with my BeTheme websites that I have this issue. So it must be a style being controlled by the theme. My other websites are always correct. I read some other discussion forums years ago of people wanting the same fix, but nothing seemed to be resolved.

Update for anyone else: It is a setting on the theme options.

Theme options>addons&plugins>addons>Contact Form 7 Form Error
