Download File on Hover Color Link

Hi, I have hover colors set on my website that I want to use to download a file. I can't find where to add the download option like (download=" name of file"). How can I do this? Here's my page: http://mopary.com/solarx/resources/pdfs/

for files download, you can use the html download attribute. More details about that you can read on http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_a_download.asp

I know about the download attribute. However, how do I add them to a "Hover Color" Muffin builder item?
