Theme upgrade installation fails

Hi, im trying to upgrade my betheme installation to the latest version but i get the error message:

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

due to this, my site stops working, slider revolution cannot be updated hence the website info is missing.

Hey,
this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

thanks for your help. Your tool told me that i had my betheme licensed to the original site .eu, i've de-registered it and re-registered to my current site .com and all works fine now.
