Hi,

I can't update my betheme from wordpress, there is a "FAIL" when I try to.

I also can't download the required plugin from wordpress plugin installator.

This message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.

Did you check on this tool, that your key is not used on more than one domain?

If not, please deregister your theme and register it again.

Then, try like 3-4 times to update with disabled plugins.

Got it - I checked your BeTheme license tool and this staging site URL is definitely the only one that is registered in your system as using the license code. Could the fact that I'm trying to test it on the staging site while it's on the production site be the issue?

Hello,

I got this to work! I de-registered the staging site, un- and re-registered the production site, and deactivated all plugins, and it let me install the update. Appreciate your help!
