Theme options interface margin bug

Hi, I am having an issue with the theme options interface where all the title heads and options are shifted to the right for some reason. It's not a life-threatening bug but it still irks me and it makes me wonder if other parts of the theme and interface might be affected by the bug (https://imgur.com/bYBKQUQ)

Is there a way to fix this bug?

Hi,

Please:

1) Disable all of the plugins

2) Disable whole CSS code

3) Fix the console issues(http -> https) with this tool:

http://muffingroup.com/plugins/mfn-migrate-cb.zip

Then check if the issue exists. (with turned off css and plugins)
