Black wrapper before the title bar

Hello,

How can I remove the black wrapper before the title bar, or to change the height of the wrapper? Also how can I change the height of the title bar?

Ohh, you mean background image

So this one can be sorted in Theme options > Layout > Header section. Just turn on "Header | Minimalist" option.
