Page content is not updating

Hi,

I have a long scroll page(http://design325.com/rtglobal/btl/retail-designing-and-expansion/), when I add new section on it it's not showing/updating.

Also it seems the whole website become little slow.

Kindly help me to fix it.

Please send here a link to screenshot of your System Status.

You can check it in BeTheme > System Status.

Hi,

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing:

- Php Max Input Vars to 5000

- Php Memory Limit to min 128MB (we suggest 256MB)

- Php Time Limit to 60 (we suggest 120-180)

and update your PHP to 7.0
