Access to Mega Menu impossible

Hi,

I activated the mega menu options for the menu I created and everything works fine, but somehow the mega menu options do not show when I go to Appearance=> Menu. I already tried creating a whole new menu from scratch using your mega menu guidelines but the options are not showing.

The website is not online yet.

Hi,
Please tell me, which environment do you use to turn on the website?
If you're using a MAMP, please install XAMPP.
MAMP is usually making issues.

Hi,

thank you for the quick answer. I'm not using either of them (my host is Strato). Access to mega menu is still impossible, but my menu works now, so it's not crucial.
