Remove boxed layout on mobile only

How can I set mobile layout to be full width while keeping boxed for desktop and tablet. Boxed is too narrow on mobile - most themes revert to full width on smaller displays.

No, we do not have any timeline because we got tons of other features that must be done first. And because this one needs more changes then you think, we need more time.
