Hi,

I post here because I try to make betheme update on my site. However, I received the following message: An error occurred while updating betheme. The package could not be installed. The package contain no files.

Can you help me.

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hi,

I tried your tool to see my registred domain, but I always receive this message.

"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"

I guess its maybe because ive changed my theme forest username and passwords last week.

I always buy a new liscence each time I make a website, So the problem come probably from websites ive clone to get faster and totally forgot to enter the new key.

Are in able to tell me witch liscence I bought that are not registred right now?

Please try to deregister your license key from issued website.

Then disable all of the plugins and register the license.

Try to update your theme like 3-4 times.

It should solve your problem.
