Slider Revolution and Layer Slider wont download and install itself

I've tried over and over again, even to the point of reinstalling the theme multiple times but both of the plugins simply won't install themselves.

Any idea how to fix this?

Having a similar issue, Slider Revolution installs but I can't activate it no matter what I do.

Is there a zip file to install it separately?
