Video in lightbox won't play on mobile

Dear Sir, Madam,

On my website I placed a link to a video which plays perfectly on laptops en larger screens. Only on mobile phones it won't start to play, the screen pops up, but stays black.

What can I do to repair that?

    Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
