Cannot edit items in Muffin Builder

Hi,

Since the last update, I've been unable to edit any items using muffin builder.

Already disabled WP plugins and tried a different browser with no luck. When I click the edit button on an item(the pencil) The scrollbar disappears and nothing happens.

Same issue - have another site that uses the theme as well - it worked fine, did not update any plugins, just the theme. This is what the update section said.

BethemeYou have version 20.9.7.6 installed. Update to 20.9.8.0.1.

Prior to updating, muffin builder worked (it did not on another site that had already been updated to 20.9.8.0.1, which is why I checked my other site). I updated to the latest version, and Muffin Builder will not open any edit screens. Again, I did NOT update any of my plugins at the same time, only the theme. Please advise.

I use it with Safari Mac.

Please update your theme to the newest version.

Contact your hosting provider, ask him about upgrading your php version to the version 7.0

It will solve your problem.

Ok - looks like my offending plugin is WP-Piwik - the best stat tracker out there. Can you please test it and see why all of a sudden it is causing a conflict, as I run wp-piwik on dozens of other sites for statistics, and they have NOT updated their plugin in 10 months. So something in your new version of BeTheme is now causing a conflict between my stat tracker WP-Piwik and BeTheme.

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.

Strange that a plugin that has worked for 10 months all of a sudden causes a problem when muffinbuilder is upgraded - especially when others are having the problem with multiple other plugins. Something changed in muffin builder with the move to v20.9.8.0.1 and remains int he latest version to cause this problem with so many other users.

Sooo since you can't fix the theme, I assume you are done on my server? I need to renable my plugins that you left deactivated...all of them.

Since I changed the version of PHP to 7.0, it solved my problem.
