Cant' save changes on my homepage

My wordpress don't save changes, only save html , or text modifications but adding a background image or activating an animation can't be saved, even adding sections.

    Server Environment

    • Server Info Apache
    • MySQL Version 5.6.39
    • PHP Version  5.6.36 X

      WordPress requires PHP version 7 or greater. Learn more

    • PHP Memory Limit  128 MB

      Current memory limit is OK, however 256 MB is recommended.

    • PHP Time Limit  30 X

      Minimum 60 is required, 180 is recommended.

    • PHP Max Input Vars  1000 X

      Minimum 5000 is required

    • WP Max Upload Size 128 MB

    Hi,
    Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about:
    - Increasing PHP Max Input Vars to 5000
    - Increasing Time Limit to 180
    and upgrade your PHP Verstion to 7.0
    After changing these options, everything will work fine.
