Skip order-pay page after checkout

Hi, this is our website:

On checkout, when the user selects the credit-card payment option, he's redirected to another page (with this type url of  https://iconfortspain.com/completar-pedido/order-pay/6519/?key=wc_order_xxxxxxxxxxxx ), instead of going straight to the TPV / POS screen

How can we skip this order-pay page? It only appears on the credit-card (redsys) method. When Paypal is selected, the user is redirected from checkout directly to PayPal. Most e-commerce don't have this middle screen, and we've already checked with our TPV provider, they say this must be solved in the theme code.

    Hi,
    Did you install some plugin for woocommerce?
    Also, what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact your web developer.

    Hi, thanks for the answer. 
    Yes, we have some extra plugins for woocommerce, but we have already tried using the redsys/creditcard getaway only with plain woocommerce and the intermediate order-pay page still appears if BeTheme is active.

    We know this may implies custom code, and we can do it ourselves, but it would great if you could you give us some clue about what functions or hook to look for, please? 

    In any case, please keep this as a suggestion for future theme updates, as this extra page and click is pretty bad for conversion, don't you think? The user should be redirected straight from checkout to the getaway page.

    Unfortunately, I cannot help with theme/plugin files customization.
    Item Policy says:
    Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item
    beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the
    item page.
