<i class='icon-phone'></i> This has been working since I installed the theme displaying the phone icon. But recently, may be the last update, it stopped working, except, starangely, in the revolution slider.

I tried changing the ' for " but that breaks the button.

Hi,
It's not a good idea to put HTML icon tag (or any HTML tag) inside the title of the button.
If you want to insert the icon, then button has a tag icon="" for icons.
