Portfolio item description

I have a problem with the portfolio item description, I used freelancer template, in home page there are a portfolio items area , and every portfolio item have a description when you put the mouse over , but I don´t found the place in the page admin for replace the description text, I´m looking in home page and portfolio page and the text not match with the description. I need to change the text:
Suspendisse eu lectus. Nunc tristique purus. Praesent at orci massa, nonummy consequat ligula eget leo elit arcu, eget odio. Donec.

this is the excerpt, please edit the field. TO do this, edit the page and find the excerpt field on the bottom of the page, if you do not see it, you will need to enable this in the screen options (top right corner of the page edit)
