Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).catcomplete is not a function

Im unable to edit any layers in revolution slider. When I click on a layer to edit, nothing happens and my console produces this error:

Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).catcomplete is not a function.

Im able to add new layers but still cant edit them, I have a feeling I have a plugin conflict but I have tried to deactivate all plugins, but the error still persisted.

Is your theme up to date?

Also, be sure that your PHP Version is 7 or higher.

I am in PHP version 7.2, and for some reason I am unable to update my theme it throws this error:

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.
