Password Protected Page Not Loading

Hello,

We have a members only page that requires a password to view using the built-in Wordpress password option.
However when we enter the p/w, nothing happens.

Do we need to do something differently with BeTheme?

    Hi,
    Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
    It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

    Send a password to page.
    Also, disable all of the plugins, clear cache and check again.

    Apologies for the late reply, we found it was a cache issue. Once the page was removed from being cached, the issues solved themselves.
