Chrome and videos - flickering and background issues
I have the latest BeTheme, and running php 7.2 with WPEngine.
Having issues on http://www3.teainc.org/. Using Muffin Builder:
1 The animation at the top - it's an mp4, and it loops. It's called via a Column element, which has a shortcode to the video via Revolution Slider.
It "flickers" as it loops, going from dark to light.
2. the US map under it. it's also an mp4, utilizes the "Video" item. As I scroll, a darker green background appears.

this happens in chrome, latest version, Windows 10.

It's not a good idea to insert a lot of videos/animations on the website.
This is normal behavior, and it cannot be fixed.
Also, your single video weight ~~12-16MB, they are very large, and it can be very problematic for low-medium budget PC's.
