Theme won't update

Hello! Just trying to update my site to WP 5.0, but am unable to first update the theme. Getting the error message "Update Failed: Download failed. cURL error 18: transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining". Can you please advise how to fix this.

Site is here http://www.mindwellness.com/ Currently on BeTheme 20.9.6.2, and WP 4.9.8.

Just an update - same error message received when trying to update the theme here https://www.hunterstay.com.au

Currently on version 20.9.7.4.

Hi, The problem
is not theme related. It is all about the hosting provider. He should
already recognize and amend this issue by looking at the error message.

Thanks for your reply. I have a number of sites built using BeTheme with the same web host, and they all updated with no problems, which seems a bit strange.

Please send us WordPress dashboard access to the issued website and to one which is working fine privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
