Stop feautired image from showing up in post, and remove title of post?

I am using the default template and editing with classic Wordpress editor.

1. In my portfolio post, I want to link my instagram post. For the featured image I upload a downscaled version to show up on the homepage. But the featured image shows up in the post, which I don't want.

2. In BeTheme settings, there is an option to disable author, date, and categories. The same way, I want to disable the title of the post as well, as it is already seen in the subheader. I just want to show the categories option that's it.

3. The categories option disappears on mobile view of the site, I want it to be seen even when opening the single portfolio post from the mobile.
